Miami is one of the world’s most vibrant, exciting, and culturally diverse cities, and if one music festival captures that spirit and refines into an exciting weekend of action it’s III Points.

In 2022 the festival will return to the Mana Wynwood Convention center on October 21-22 with over 130 artists that truly and accurately reflect the musical taste of the beachside metropolis. One that is racked with good taste but also puts an emphasis on partying hard.

Historically, dance music has played a strong role on the III Points lineup (just like it has in Miami), and this year’s roster represents numerous facets of the global dance community.

One headliner everyone is sure to be thrilled on is LCD Soundsystem. The legendary rock, dance, electronic, indie, alternative amalgam that extends from the equally polymathic brain of the exalted James Murphy will provide their angry yet funky yet progressive signature sound for an epic closing set.

Other crossover electronic acts that will bless the stage under the tropical night sky include newfound tastemakers like Porter Robinson and his Nurture live set and the always soulful James Blake alongside old school legends like Orbital.

In DJ land, some of the best in the world will be spinning such as Luciano, Black Coffee, ANNA, and DJ Harvey. Plus, III Points has always honored the next generation of Miami artists, which they continue to do through exciting acts like Nala, INVT, and Coffintexts.

But the music taste of Miami and its residents is not bound to dance music whatsoever, which is why III Points is also bringing in major hip hop acts like Busta Rhymes as well as pop sensations like the ascending Rosalía who honor the city’s Latin heritage.

If there is ever any time to get away from one of the stages, it’s necessary to stop by Despacio, the epic soundsystem James Murphy designed with the Dewaele brothers of Soulwax, made specifically for vinyl. Murphy will likely be spinning in there all weekend long (except for when he’s performing with LCD) diving deep into funk, soul, and disco.
