Bastidas at Comuna 13, Medellin DJ Set

Peruvian DJ and Producer Bastidas (aka BASTi) made history in 2021 by playing the first-ever Block party in Medellin's infamous Comuna 13 Neighbourhood alongside British superstar wAFF.

The event was a huge success, not only because of the music, but also because it made people from all types of backgrounds and social spheres come together and dance in a place that was formerly known for its violence, gangs & drugs and that has become a tourist hotspot in the last couple of years due to it's amazing graffiti art and huge amount of stairs.

The tracklist includes originals and remixes by artists like AJ Christou, Ben Sterling, Carloh, Caleb Calloway, El Zorro (aka Rauw Alejandro), Colombian newcomer Jholeyson and Gabriele Toma to name a few.

The set was recorded live but some images are repeated as there were technical problems during the recording and some footage got lost.
